Ramification polygon (awaiting review)

The blue graph shows the ramification polygon.

• The blue numbers to the left of each segment is its slope.
• Coordinates are given for the black points at $(p^j, i_j)$ where $[i_0,...,i_v]$ are the indices of separability. These points include the vertices of the ramification polygon. In some cases there are additional points above the polygon.
• The edges are labeled with the corresponding coefficients of the residual polynomials; note that at the vertices the leading term of each residual polynomial is equal to the constant term of the next.
